4.1 Returning or Exchanging Goods - We hope you'll be delighted with your new Easidri products but we understand there may be occasions where it is necessary to return or exchange an item. Goods can be returned for a full refund, including outward delivery charge, if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been despatched. In this event, please follow the returns procedure outlined below. If the goods have been despatched as ordered, they can be returned for a refund, but only for the cost of the goods if they have incurred a delivery charge. If an exchange is requested, payment for the cost of the replacement postage plus any additional cost of goods, for example if the new item is more expensive, would need to be processed prior to the new items being despatched. Replacements are dependent on stock availability. All returns or exchanges must be organised within 7 working days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in a saleable condition, unused, still have their original packaging and labelling, and be accompanied by the original despatch note or proof of purchase. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future. None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
4.2 Cancelling Your Order - Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund. All goods are returned at your own expense unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect. To cancel your order, please follow the returns procedure outlined below.
4.3 Returns Procedure - Contact email@example.com, quoting the order number supplied to you and the reason why you wish to return the goods or cancel your order. We will provide you with a returns form and returns address label. You must fill out the returns form, including stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange, and enclose the form and your despatch note with your return. Packages must be returned pre-paid. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. Once the goods have been checked, the card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount (less any delivery charge paid, where appropriate) within 30 days.
